Description
I was on my way between Haast and Fox Glacier on the south island of New Zealand, when I stopped to hike around a lake. I'm no longer sure whether it was Lake Moeraki, or Lake Paringa, but regardless of the name, the overcast day and low clouds did not diminish the lake's beauty and tranquility, and the reflection of the clouds, mountains, trees and grass in the crystal clear lake, that was only interrupted by a solitary duck.
