Description
During the 2020 coronavirus pandemic, I was forced to explore photography close to home. I was standing outside on the 4th floor balcony of my apartment building in Washington, DC, when I was struck by the graphic nature of the shapes and shadows of the round hanging light and the square and rectangular cement blocks outside the entrance of my building.
