"Zagreb Welcomes You” is a scale model of Croatia's capital and largest city. Serving as both a tourist attraction and meeting point for tourists and Zagreb’s citizens alike, the model is located on the street leading from the main square up to Kaptol, in Zagreb. The model features a welcome message in many languages, and tells the story of the city.

I guess I've had an off-and-on love affair with photography my whole life. My father was always taking pictures and movies when I was a kid growing up on Long Island, NY in the 1950s-60s, and he gave me my own Kodak Brownie camera when I was around 6 years old. I remember using it to take pictures of family events and a trip to Washington DC, back in 1958. I still have some of the pictures ....... somewhere. Photography moved to the back burner during high school, college, and law school, but I picked it up again after I graduated law school in 1979, moved to Washington DC, and began my legal career with the federal government.
