Description
Walkways and window reflections at the construction site of Midtown Center, on the former location of the Washington Post building, in downtown Washington, DC.
The 14-story Midtown Center project will feature multiple three-story atria for retail space, a rooftop terrace, a fitness center, a public courtyard, and a private alley. The building’s façade will have a curtain wall, including multiple elevations of 3D panels with copper cladding, assembled at varied depths to create a distinct pattern. Three bridges, highlighted with copper fins, will each extend one hundred feet across an open plaza.

I must admit that modern construction does lead to some wonderful abstractions. Nicely done.
