Description
A leaning tombstone covered with white lichen by one of the stone walls of the church ruins in the cemetery grounds of Cill Chriosd, a former parish church of Strath, on the Isle of Skye in Scotland. It had just rained so the wet stone wall took on a beautiful sheen as the sky began to clear and the light brightened the wall.
The church and cemetery location is believed to have a heritage of Christian worship dating back to the 7th century, but most graves are from the 18th and 19th centuries and are connected to the MacKinnon Clan.
