Description
Light through a cracked windshield highlights part of the steering wheel and cobwebs in an old abandoned truck at the Gold King Mine and Ghost Town in Jerome, Arizona. Located between Prescott and Flagstaff, Jerome is a historic copper mining town that, after being virtually abandoned, was reborn as a tourist attraction of a bygone era of the American west. The mine that fueled the town is now an attraction that is filled with vintage cars, trucks, and, and mining equipment, historic buildings, a Stamp Mill that was used for crushing the ore, and a working sawmill, as well as some other items and demonstrations of the town's previous life.
