Description
A local Moroccan wearing a traditional djellaba sits on a hillside at a cemetery overlooking the city of Fes, Morocco. The djellaba is a loose fitting unisex robe traditionally worn in regions of North Africa, including Morocco. Almost all djellabas include a baggy hood, called a qob, that comes to a point at the back. Djellabas are typically made of either cotton or wool, with cotton being worn in the summer and wool being worn in the cooler climates.
