Description
Two planes in the dawn sky above Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The plane in the foreground has just taken off and the smaller plane above and behind it is coming in for a landing. I took this photo from a small park named Gravelly Point, which is within the National Park Service's George Washington Memorial Parkway in Arlington, Virginia. It is a popular spot to watch planes pass between 100 and 200 feet overhead as they take off and land.

very nice photography. I'm surprised people are allowed to be only 100 feet below the plane, though. L/F
