Description
Looking down at one blue tagine in a pile of unfinished ones at a ceramics and pottery factory and store in Fes, Morocco. A tagine, sometimes spelled tajine, is a cone-shaped earthenware pot used to prepare a dish also called tagine. Historically, North Africa nomads used the tagine pot as a portable oven, allowing them to prepare food anytime while moving around.
