The top deck of this double decker bridge spanning the Douro River in Porto, Portugal, is closed to traffic and only metro trains and pedestrians may use it. Famous for its port wine, Porto is Portugal's second largest city behind Lisbon, and its historical core is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
