Description

As the Covid19 pandemic stretching from 2020 into 2021, I continued to explore macro photography to help fill the void of my usual travel photography. I was photographing the fine tips of guinea fowl feathers, when I thought about shooting the other end of the feather, the end closer to the bird's body. There were many very find strands grouped together, and I put them against a blue background but later converted it into black and white for this almost abstract image.
